RE: Op-Amp Oscillating

If trying the suggestions of better bypassing don't get you there....

you could also try a larger "Cf" capacitor across the opamps output to its negative input..... ie larger than the Cf that is already there if there does happen to be anything there now. This willl roll off the closed loop bandwidth a bit and may help.

I don't know start somewhere around 3nF (total) as a gross starting point to see if this stabilizes things, and go down from there to the lowest one that allows the circuit to run stably.

Unlike the bypass caps which like to be ceramic, a Cf cap is technically in the signal path and so some might suggest a high quality film in this location but others seem to think a COG or NPO dielectric ceramic is good enough...

Without a real anlysis, ie schematics to peruse or at least a bode plot to look at, we are only guessing here.
