Seems you're on the right track here. Add mass and isolation. Is that real or cultured granite? I'm not sure it would make a lot of difference except that real granite might be a little more "ringy." Either way, consider adding some form of damping underneath the granite shelves. The Wagner pads, which look very cool and I might give a try, do not engage enough surface to really damp the wide shelves. You might try putting a bead of silicone caulk all over the bottom and clamping a piece of plywood underneath until the caulk dries. Bingo -- CLD! I've done that with amp stands and it nicely kills vibration from the floor.
