If this is the same headphone amp you've already used for experimenting with discreet opamps, I doubt this one will make any significantly greater current demand on the PS than the Burson. Besides, that little amp runs in Class A, so there is plenty of current available from the PS.
I don't see the supply current draw mentioned in the eBay listing. Replacing half a dozen in a preamp or crossover might strain a marginal supply, but another few mA for a single opamp is not going to matter.
