While they refer to PP caps, they do not specify the dielectric material of this configuration. Keep in mind that PE's strategy is to offer the lowest price on items that will meet a particular use at minimum standards. Some of their stuff is good quality, some of it might not be. I use a few of their products in non-critical apps.
We are splitting hairs here, and I'm sorry I ever started it except that people might become more aware of what they're actually buying.
What's important is that, as Duster wrote, it doesn't matter what the inexpensive cap is made of if it sounds okay. Based on what I've heard of Bennic caps, these meet that requirement in a minimal way.
