Another thing to keep in mind, if you deciode to choose the replacements yourself, is ripple current handling capacity/esr rating. Hopefully you can find a data sheet for these old caps so a comparison can be made. The application suggests these caps may lead a rough life and being able to not overheat under expect ripple current conditions is the life of the caps in these types of applications. UCC makes affordable caps with really good ripple current capacity and low esr. I t looks as if they are bypassed with some films so maybe ESL is somewhat removed from the equation but having lower esl certainly wont hurt either.
Personally with big leaded components like that I like to try and use the solder sucker first and see if I can clear the hole that way and save the expensive wick for emergencies where the sucker wont do it.
