Seems like you know what you're doing. Madisound or Solen coils are fine, largest gauge you can get. Sonicaps are the best value xover caps available. Not sure you'll even need a bypass. Sometimes that helps, other times not. Consider a Mundorf SIO for tweeter bypass. Incredible extension, air.
Not sure what your question is about soldering on perf board. Hold parts with cable ties. I just join the leads of components and input/output wires. Some guys use terminal strips. Put some kind of strain relief on input/output leads. I use non-mag bolt and big plastic washer clamping the wires to prevent possibility of pulling on leadouts.
I would like to learn more about the sound of solder differences. Always used silver content, never expected one brand will best another.
