You're concerned about the wrong things. Who designed the xovers? Using "textbook" values from on-line calculators does not work very well.
You will NEVER be able to detect a sonic difference between silver solders. Follow BCowen's advice: use Cardas because it's easier for a rookie, or anyone else, to work with.
Large value caps can be Nichicon bipolar, small caps Sonicap Gen I. Avoid Dayton, Bennic, Solen. Coils don't matter much. You'll never hear a difference. Get the heaviest gauge you can afford. Your budget is pretty tight.
Don't build xovers on a PCB. Use direct leads connection of components tied to a piece of perfboard.
