Trying all of them would cost less than $20

You like to fiddle with your circuitry, so try all of them. Let us know your preference.

I prefer lively KZ over dull Silmic. ES is also nice. I don't put a film bypass on 'lytic coupling caps, especially the Silmic. I once got weird resonance with Silmic/Wima. I don't really care for Wima sound, but they're the best readily available small format films.

If you're ready to really experiment, you can run a larger film cap off the board, connected directly between circuit and jacks, mounted securely. That might introduce noise, or it might sound really good. I've done that successfully in several apps, including active xover outputs.

If there are output/input caps in connected equipment, then you don't really need couplers at all, as long as you always use the intermediary piece with those components. But decent caps are not the death sentence some make them out to be.
