This topic comes up regularly here, and you could do a search to find lots of threads.
You don't provide any information about your speakers or which caps you intend to replace. I assume the tweeter xover, which is where caps probably have their most significant effect.
Solens are lousy tweeter caps; no doubt about it. A Mundorf might help the problem, but I find that they are a bit tilted toward high frequency prominence, with a sort of hi-fi effect that many people like. They certainly provide superb detail without any harshness. The Mundorf Silver/Oil cap is my favorite tweeter cap, but that's a few more bucks than regular Supreme.
Be aware that sometimes harshness and glare can come from upper midrange, in which case a new tweeter cap will not help, and might even make it worse with additional high frequency detail from the tweeter.
The best cap in the world will not help a poorly designed xover or cheap speakers that are operated outside their capabilities. If a tweeter in a two-way speaker is crossed too low, it will distort, regardless of the quality of the cap.
