I replaced the tweeters in my old Dynaco A25's with new ones along with the cap. Great upgrade for about $50.00
During the rebuild I had the woofer out in order to access the insides. When I replaced it I rotated it 180 degrees. I was told the speaker coil would or could have some sag and possibly bind or rub due to gravity after so many years. I have no idea if that is for real or not. I kinda feel foolish now or is it possible after all?
