Hello, If you contact George Reamsynder at Eastern Elite AV (http://www.ee-av.com/) he may be able to help answer some of your questions as he was the service department manager at B&K. I just went to the EE_AV site and it says that EE-AV will no longer service B&K equipment effective Oct. 1, 2013. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
I have a B&K AVR505 that will need servicing in the future no doubt, so it appears we may need to find a new service department for our B&K equipment. I wonder if ATI (the company who bought B&K) will be opening a service department for B&K equipment. Cross your fingers!
