I was looking through some stuff I had in my basement in storage and I came across some of my old car amps that I used in my car system a few years back. They were considered "high-end" back 10 years ago. So I was wondering If I could build a basic 12vdc power supply and use one of the amps in the house, probaly to power a small sub. Would tis work correctly?? The amp is a an Orion HCCA225 heres the specs
Output Power at 12.5V:
2 x 25W @ 4 ohms
2 x 50W @ 2 ohms
2 x 100W @ 1 ohm
2 x 200W @ ½ ohm
1 x 100W @ 4 ohms bridged
1 x 200W @ 2 ohms bridged
1 x 400W @ 1 ohm bridged
