Thanks guys. I think Ive found the problem. Where the cable enters he house and is supposed to be grounded, they didnt ground it well. They attached the ground to a pipe that was painted, and they didnt even sratch off the paint! The weirdest part is that the hum started out of the blue no new components were added or moved or anything like that. ONe day it was fine the next day it was humming.
