Well I just got my cd53 back in action, I tracked down two bad resitors in the power supply, replaced them and all is good again. And the player is sounding really nice. The last round of mods I did really opened up the sound!!! Well back to the mods now I guwess. I built a regulator board with 2 5v regs to seperate the digital and analog sections in the dac and decoder.
