Brass acorn nuts under the spike points. Or you could buy some of the AudioPoints brass interface disks, but they are $7 to $8 each plus shipping.Anything you use will affect the sonics. Whether or not it harms them is unique to your particular situation (i.e., floor, rack, loading, equipment, room acoustics, etc.).
You may need something "softer" than a brass interface since you are moving to a tile floor. You could put DH squares under the brass nuts or interface disks in that case. Good luck!
