De-solder the preamp wires at the RCA jacks. Then insert the speaker wires through opening created. Then solder the speaker wires direct to the preamp wires just disconnected. Wrap solder connections in electrical tape, or heat shrink tubing. Also, provide the necessary strain relief. The result is better dynamics, bass response, and amazing improvement in soundstage depth and separation between instruments.
