What's the BEST tweak in your system?

Mine is the roller balls under CDP. This beats:
* Coupling (brass) or decoupling (sorbothane) cones.
* Isolation transformer on CDP.
* Novus on CD's.
* Caig Pro-Gold.
* Maybe even better than upgrading from ZIP cord to $20/ft speaker wire.
I used 3 flat brass discs with a 1/2" dia steel ball on each disc. There is no curvature to the discs. Only the I/C's hold the CDP in place. As such, the CDP rolled away until I leveled out the shelf.
Sure there was the change in tonality over the stock rubber/plastic feet. The sound was more tipped up. But different does not mean better IMHO.
The improvement was attack the notes especially. Drums, piano and bass especially. More clarity and resolution too with no downside effects.
I'm just amazed no mfg'r offers this as standard on their CDP.

So what is your #1 tweak?
