Sorry Jeff... The drawing was made on the back of a schematic. That is why it appears to be corrupted

Here is a link to a post containing the drawing. Maybe that will have a little better contrast. I see the bleed through but don't have a problem reading the drawing as a separate entity

The only other thing I can suggest is opening the file in PhotoShop or some other editing program and adjust the contrast/brightness until you get a acceptable result

If you decide to go ahead please let us know how they turn out
