I see the CD tweak coming back.
I have a wonderful idea for a product.
A Dynamic CD balancer.
Have a spindle / with internal vibration / axis sensors. Install a CD to be balanced.
Spin / Measure and install VERY small weights for balance. Check to make sure the spindle hole is concentric / straight.
A balanced CD will work better.
