Finally, Mr Eddy, a response! I will always respond to unwarranted criticisms of other people's products, even if I do not even know them or own their designs.

Respond to unwarranted criticisms? All I saw was your ambiguous, unsubstantiated, broad-brush claim that most of the people in the thread didn't know their asses from a hole in the ground. Not a single mention of who these people were, what you considered to be an unwarranted criticism or why you considered the criticism unwarranted.

So where exactly was this response of yours to unwarranted criticsm posted?

It is your general badmouthing, without proof, that is challenged here. I am only responding to it.

Most of the people on this thread, don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. The Shakti Stone looks real to me. It is just beyond the comprehension of most of you. It is sad to see people making fun of what they can't understand or comprehend.

Hmmmm. Well, let's see. I didn't say anything about Shakti one way or the other, so there was no badmouthing there, with or without proof. I did recommend to the original poster that he get one of the Shakti devices (provded he could return it) and try it on his computer and run some benchmark tests to see if it resulted in any improvement. I don't think that can be considered badmouthing of any sort but I could be wrong.

All that's left is this:

If you tell someone they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground, you'd damn well better follow that up with a demonstration that you know yours from one. Hand-waving and vacuous pretentions of knowledge simply doesn't cut it.

Is this what you're talking about? If so, what, specifically do you disagree with here?

For the general public to understand. Steve Eddy and others DEMAND that I PROVE everything to them personally, on this website, or else they feel that they have every right to criticize something that they don't understand or have not even tried.

And what proof do you have that I don't understand? Oh, I forgot. You don't believe your claims need substantiation. It's only other peoples' claims that require proof.

You're a real piece of work, John. You tell people they're full of shit, that they don't know their asses from a hole in the ground, then you try and browbeat them with your "credentials" and when pressed you resort to cowardly, weasel tactics such as this:

Or this even:

I have written a few technical papers, and they took months of work, involve graphs, measurements, and equations.

Good God, John, anyone with marginal communications skills can sufficiently get across the basic concepts without resorting to writing a full-fledged research paper.

Often, I am challenged to defend concepts that I have not developed, or have a complete understanding of.

You've only been challenged to defend those concepts you've made specific claims of. If you're not prepared to defend them, then DON'T MAKE THE CLAIMS IN THE FIRST PLACE. DUH!

But then, I know where my understanding stops, unlike many who are critical of me.

Yet you offer no proof whatever of your claims of others' lack of understanding. You simply have to make the claim and that's it. "The Great and Powerful Curl has spoken!"
