Hi Saso,
I am using the reset circuitry as in the CS8414 datasheet and a TL7705 resetgenerator IC from www.ti.com (Texas Instruments). I once owned a Audio Alchemy DDEv1.1 that apparently did not have the reset and sometimes got totally screwed up.
