Well, give it a try, one or two opamps at a time. Add heatsinks to the regs for a few cents each. Doubtful anything will actually blow up! I believe the quality of coupling caps and caps within the filters makes a bigger difference and would introduce zero risk, but follow your own instincts. Interested to learn what you discover.Careful with those cheap boards; pads might lift easily from desoldering heat.
