G'Day again Jon,I gather from what you are saying that it might be possible to use a couple of layers of polyester batts, perhaps(?) compressed to deuplicate the higher density of fibre glass.
The idea seems to be to have progressive absorption - HF at the surface, with progressively denser layers towards the rear to absorb LF? A smooth, progressive absorption, if possible?
