I have worked with almost all aspects of audio, both professionally, and as an enthusiast. I currently earn a living as a pro loudspeaker designer, and have not only the acoustic chops, but electronic as well. I have designed amps, preamps, head amps, home/hi-fi speakers, EQ's, cables, and done research on vinyl record playback, turntable isolation, and worked on or repaired electrostatic speakers and headphones, cartridges, and I have modified just about every type of audio component, including rebuilding and modifying phono carts. I have also run sound reinforcement and engineered in a recording studio. After over 20 years in the audio field, I have been exposed to a lot of esoteric and not so esoteric aspects of audio playback.
