Sounds like yours is a tube system. If you are happy with both the silver inteconnect and silver speaker cable, then you probably like modern tube sound rather than vintage sound. Then I suggest you include < 3 spikes > on the amplifier - it will widen and focusing the soundfield + tightening the bass.Then you will probably finding that you may have too much silverin the system.
