Check out Foamorder.com and get the 2 7/8" foam. Also check out:http://www.vmpsaudio.com/htt1.htm. I've just got a 4'wall behind my system and 3' across the ceiling and on Jon Risch Bass trap. It helps immensely, especially for the money involved. Amazes me more people don't do it. Then again if it's in your living room like mine it sure doesn't make it look better. I ran a curtain like you see at the top of theaters in front of the foam on the ceiling which helps and matches other stuff in my room. Good luck, you'll be happy with the results. Soundstage and imaging are much better.
