Any treatment that you put up while you're listening will only modify the sound within the room - it won't prevent sound gettting out of your apartment. For that you're going to have to modify walls, floor and ceiling in a big way as well as pay attention to doors and windows.Read Everest's 'Master Handbook of Acoustics' for more info on just what is required to achieve what you want, but it is definitely non-trivial.
