You are not entriely clear on how many panels per wall.If it is three per wall, then this is plenty, and they can be oriented vertically (30" wide, by 48" tall, placerd side by side for a total width fo 90")
Top to bottom centering is shaded toward the ceiling, say leaving a foot at the top, and 3 feet at the bottom.
If you place the center panel squarely in the middle of the first reflection point, then with this 90" width, the secondary reflection point from the other speaker will also likely be covered.
If it is one per wall, then orient vertically, and make sure the center of the panel is precisely at the first reflection point.
