Ceiling tiles are not suitable as substitutes for the OC 700 series or the rock wool panels. The OC 700 series should be able to be ordered from just about any commercial building supplier who deals in Owens Corning products. If you ask them to add this on to there regular order, and wait for it, this should avoid any special order fees, minimums (you do have to buy an entire box of panels), etc.
As Batman mentions, John Mansvile Spin-Glass is also a suitable subtitute, but look for the equivalent density as the recommended OC 700 series panels, the JM dealer should be able to cross-reference them.
Both companies have web sites, and data on the products. Do not try to call and ask about the OC "made for acoustic room treatment" decorator panels, these are outrageously expensive, even more than Pro-foam, etc.
