The rock wool which Jon refers to is not the suspended ceiling panels you see in offices. It is a composite made of spun glass fibers suspended in a resin which gives it a semi-rigid consitency.I have used Johns-Mannesville spin-glas boards which are the equivalent of the Owens Corning sheet rock product. I was able to buy them from a local insulation supply house which I located from the JM web page. A package of 6 4 x8 sheets of two-inch thick unfaced panels cost me about 70 bux. Hope this helps
