Thanks, Jon.Actually I used foams from a computer harddrive package. They are thicker than the bedding foam and colored black. I wonder if it is the same as the bedding foam as far the sound absorbing quality is concerned.
I am not really worried about the LF. I use sub placed on the carpetted floor which is kind of weak already.
I will try some fire rated foam used in acoustic treatment and see what come out there.
