I just looked at your photo, looks cool!! Earlier I posted a question regarding scaling of the tubes depending on the hight to ceiling! I did not get any easy way answers but to experiment and expect to get most out of the difusion and difraction effect!! Just today I found a page on the net describing how to calculate the resonance of the tubes! I have tested the formula and with 58" height RL's it end up with 116,58Hz. Jon Risch ended up with 117Hz in his product analysis! I calculated yours 2m RL's and it ends up with a resonance at 86Hz! If I am correct your floor/ceiling resonance should be around 102Hz But of cause the tubes is stuffed with material altering the resonance slightly spreading the resonance over a larger range! If you are curious you can have a look here: http://www.unl.ac.uk/LEARN/student/acoustic_notes.html
It is about page 12! You might find other useful information as well!I am about to build mine! I found some aluminium tubes and stainless steel plate as base! Total cost about 200$ for tree RL's
