Thanks for the info Jon. I guess it's all a compromise unless you get some good test gear, and possibly one of those digital electronic crossovers with digital delay and eq : ) I like using my Marchand 4th order electronic crossover in the mean time though... seems to be a bit less of a compromise than passive crossovers.

Is there anything different about time/phase aligning horns? Due to the size of bass horns, it's kinda tough to get the high pass driver close and lined up. Is the acoustic center different because of the horn?
