All low frequencies are a problem. Seriously. While you may be bothered most by modal frequencies now, where the resonances are strongest, once those are tamed you'll find there are other low frequency peaks and deep nulls caused by proximity to the walls, floor, and ceiling. Don't bother with a test tone CD unless it plays sine waves at 1 Hz intervals up to about 300 Hz. The typical 1/3 octave tone CDs are useless for assessing LF problems. I use the ETF software:

If you download the ETF demo you can measure your room's response to 0.7 Hz. But the demo does not let you see ringing time, and that's just as important as the raw LF response.
