The screen will not reflect LF, but will the upper mids and highs, so the reflecting boundary for the upper ranges will have been moved out effectively the 5" the screen is off the wall. If the wall was more absorbing than the screen, or had different characteristics, then it might change the sound, but probably only slightly.

If it poses an problem once you get it in, a pair of room lens devices placed on either side (experiment with the orientation) might help some.
