One should always try any fuse in both directions to see which direction sounds best. Even HiFi Tuning says that. You can't go by the direction of the symbol or writing on any brand of fuse. Isoclean fuses from Japan might be an exception. Since all fuses are directional you might find simply reversing the direction of existing stock fuses sounds better.
