Hi Waldenpuddle;I take it you mean 195 degrees fahrenheit (since at 195C you'd start melting some solders and many insulation types)?
From what you've written, it's got to be the power supply transformer. Input and output matching transformers usually do not even heat up to the touch let alone to almost the temperature of boiling water!
Thanks - I'm really torn on whether or not to spend the money (which is hyper tight now) and take the time to install a bigger trafo, so every word of experience on the subject is appreciated.
