www.smallparts.com - for various kinds of steel/chrome/titanium balls. They have various sizes, including a "sampler" if you're not sure.Spoons should be available for $1-2 at a local housewares shop. Try Lechters if there's one near you. I like it with a spoon on both top and bottom and a 1" ball in between.
Others have DIY designs that require machining. Search the archives. One fellow aid he may be able to make a set for costs if enough people are interested.
