and make sure you don't torque the screws too tight (leave the rubber washers room to work their magic).Something like V-Block VB2 works well for lining the cabinet.
If you can "float" the feet of the unit, that may help too, but you shouldn't need anything too fancy. Even simple felt pads may work here.
