If you are worried aboutt he comb filtering in the bass due to the dipole action of the Maggie, the best place fro a bass trap is almost directly behind the Maggie.ALso, please note that the pipe insualtion traps are not the most optimal method of creating a bass trap, they do provide some absorption, just not as much as other methods.
