Re: black gates in parallel

There is a lot written about replacing large value electrolytic capacitors with smaller ones but nothing seems to be conclusive in that regard.

What is clear is that if you place a small high quality capacitor in parallel with your electrolytic you will improve the performance of that cap. A 10uF polypropylene should do the job.
