Sounds nice, my kind of temp, and not like here right now. Anyway, I've got 4 snap-on ferrite cores from MFJ, and a line cord, sitting right beside me. If you are interested in what these chokes can do, and all the proper and varied ways to use them, I can recommend this MFJ kit ($15). There are different ways to wrap the cables around these cores depending on what you're trying to do, and the winding method and core arrangement and position *are* important. The kit instructions detail this very well. Almost everybody can benefit at least a bit from some of these chokes, what with all the RF noise these days. Happy experimenting!
