C01 is the input coupling cap, replace with a film type.
C03 is the input RFI filter, replace (polystyrene or a silver mica).
C11 is the dominant pole, or 'Miller' cap, replace (100V polystyrene or a silver mica).
C17 is the bias bypass, increase to 2µF~10µF.
C19, C21 are in the short circuit protection circuit. No change needed.
C13 is frequency compensation, use a 100V polystyrene or a silver mica
C09 is for stability, use the highest voltage polypropylene that will fit.
C05 is in the signal path, replace and parallel with a film type, you could go much lower in value than 470µF if need be (47µF would be about 1hz).
Increase the supply bypass caps near the outputs from 4.7µF to 22µF
