It's possible that a battery of in-circuit tests/measurements could identify some of the audible differences you're noting with the various op-amps in the same circuit. I would be curious about this myself. Or are you making the assumption, as many subjectivists do, that there wouldn't be any objective differences between these various op-amps, and even if there were they'd be meaningless?Cheers,
