I'm currently using three tube tuners (Mac 65B, Dyna FM3,Fisher 100b)at different locations in my home. The Mac is the only one currently hooked up to my outdoor antennae using 300 ohm wire (much better reception than 75 ohm coax).I'd like to hook all three up to the outdoor antennae by running the 300 ohm feed down to the basement and then make a 3 way split to the individual tuners. For optimal signal strength, do I need to continue with the 300 ohm wire coming out of the 3 way junction (to the tuners) or is there a better alternative? I listen almost exclusively to the same station (89.7 WGBH Boston), so that won't be a factor. I'd prefer to stay away from any signal amplifying devices also. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, Thanks, wpod
