You got it for nothing and now want to determine if it's worth "something"
In a few years, FM will be dead, and any FM tuner will only be worth something from an "Audio Jewelry" perspective.
So find someone who will appreciate it and give it to them. With the proviso that if they do sell it you get the proceeds
