I've had a Revox B160 tuner for about 6 years and have the original manual (in English and French) and includes the schematic. I would be pleased to answer questions.
The B160 is quite complex and probably you would benefit from having a manual. There is often a B160 manual for sale on German Ebay. Here is a current listing (2.15.10)with no bids yet at 1 Eu:

I bought three tuners in 2005: McIntosh MR67 and MR77 plus the Revox and my audiophile friends all liked the B160 more than the MR77- it's a really good tuner.
