For the Revox B760 meters, you might consider asking the various sellers of Revox parts that list on Ebay Germany. They do usually concentrate on the tape machine parts, but it couldn't hurt. For example, here is the parts listing of almost 1,700 parts by "revox de":

Although I communicate in my terrible German, the dealers from which I've bought quite a few NOS tubes seem to write excellent English.
By the way, the winners of the tuner contest were the MR67 and B160.
