what is a typical output voltage/Zout for old tube and newer solid scrape. There is a beater Marantz 112 in ePay works fine but some of the lights are out. I am wondering how this might work as a stand-in? I once owned one and my recollections are quite positive. Neff has offered to style me out on an Eico, so it behooves me to possibly get a beater while I find something special. He is using his with tasty SET, so, no point in reinventing the wheel, on what works, IMO. Actually, I am beginning to think that with the tube headroom in a tube tuna, horns might be wildly fun to listen to orchestral thru. Either way, I am on a roll here. The DC Gold ND7's are great, just wish they were abit less hungry.
