No, the Sherwoods don't do the very high treble or deep bass like my modified Kenwood, but then they do other things better than the Kenwood. the Fisher I owned sounded good, but not as good as either of my Sherwoods. It had been gone through, but to what extent I don't remember. Actually I mainly sold the Scott and the Fisher because they brought more money than the Sherwoods and they didn't (the ones I had)sound any better.
